We just do it to taste, Amy. But it gets stronger the longer you cook it. Go easy and only add a little at a time. Wish I had a recipe, but I just don't cook that way anymore. (Sometimes, it's obvious, too!)
Wendy - The 'taste as I go' method would have worked ALOT better! This was just a recipe I found online and it had way way way too much cinnamon. Thanks for the suggestion!
